Membership payments

Your initial payment counts toward your total annual membership cost, followed by 12 monthly payments. If you prefer to pay in full, the annual total is the same. Applicable taxes are additional.

Your membership is personal

Memberships and included treatments are for the registered member and cannot be transferred to another person.

Appointment cancellations

Please let us know by text or email at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Exceptions to this notice requirement are limited to medical emergencies.

Missed appointments

If you miss a scheduled appointment without notifying us, that appointment will count as one of your included membership treatments.

Intake forms

Please complete your Health Intake Form and any required Treatment Intake Forms before your first treatment. If forms need to be completed during your appointment, this will reduce the time available for your treatment.

If you move away

If you relocate and attending appointments is no longer reasonably practical, you may cancel your membership.

• Paid-in-full memberships: We will refund the portion of your membership payment allocated to unused treatments.
• Monthly memberships: Future monthly payments will stop. We will review your initial deposit against the treatments already used and refund any remaining balance.

Any refund due will be issued within 72 hours of your membership cancellation.
